Weddings of 60 or more Friday and Saturday

Minimum 30 guests Sunday to Thursdays 10% discount on package prices
Prices for 2012 prices Gold package $115.00pp Platinum $135.00pp
 
We have ample space
Please note these packages include 15% GST.
 
 
Included also is venue hire, beverages for 5 hours including quality wine and beerselection with non alcoholic beverages , canapés, buffet or BBQ menu, Set menu for platinum package. Linen is damask, table flowers,  fairy light curtains, tea lights, and staff, there are NO hidden costs and details are as below. 
 
These packages are designed for value for money without compromise in any way. 
As with any wedding your individual preferences are taken account and we are happy to vary options to suit your preferences. 
At Fernz pride ourselves on excellent service, food and ambience. 
 
The ideal solution for those either on a budget or would like peace of mind in knowing exactly the full cost involved is. We have over 30 years experience with weddings and functions.
The offer is subject to availability, confirmation on receipt of a deposit of $1000.00 is required. To be deducted from the total of the full account. Pencil bookings will be held for 7days. Children 12 and under are half price, 2 and under no charge. This deposit is non refundable after 6 months prior to the wedding. Numbers would need to be confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior along with full payment.

We are only a few minutes from central Auckland

Venue hire, exclusive use of Fernz restaurant for the entire wedding 
Day 10.00am to 4:30, Evening: from 4:30 (with flexibility) there is one wedding in any one day the choice of timing is yours
Beverage package 5 hours e.g.  This can be from 5 to 10.00 and then run a cash bar or separate tab.
Conditions for beverage service: we do not serve intoxicated or underage drinkers at any time, according to The Host Responsibility Laws. After the drink package has finished you may opt for a tab or cash bar. Fernz is  licensed to  midnight Friday and Saturday 11pm Sunday and 11:30 Monday to Thursday.
 
Also included is the option to have the ceremony on site, a rehearsal, seating for ceremony and registry table fully clothed. All linen included, chair bows in a choice of colours, white linen table cloths and napkins with floor length overlays in white (Pictured below)
Top bridal table, cake table and gift table fully skirted, fairy light curtain
Cutlery, glassware, tea-light candles, restaurant flowers coordinated with your individual wedding colours, roses or a choice to match your theme for the tables. All service, waiting staff and bar staff
As many consultation meetings as required to ensure all is perfect for your wedding  
 

Gold Package

Canapé selection (5 items per person) both hot and cold with vegetarian choices.
Beverages includes non alcoholic punch (bottomless for the duration of the evening) Continuous iced filter water for the tables.
Bubbles: served with canapés Four Sisters or Open House .
Wine selection: Kopiko Bay (Wither Hills) Pinot Nior, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Apple Tree Lane, Merlot and Shiraz. Served throughout the 5 hour period
Beer selection with dinner and until 11pm Speights range, Macs range, Steinlager range, Lion red.
